Join a Summer Business Academy!

We invite high school students and faculty to join an upcoming Global Business Academy, an 8-day business consulting program in Panama, Greece or Belize this summer. Faculty are encouraged to travel with 3 or more of their brightest students to provide them with hands-on international consulting experience and give them a step ahead for college applications. Students can also travel on their own as individual participants.

During each 8-day Business Academy, students will:

  • Consult Clients: Work directly with small businesses and entrepreneurs in Belize, Panama, or Greece.
  • Gain Experience: Get 30+ documented consulting hours — meeting clients, conducting assessments, creating deliverables, and presenting actionable solutions.
  • Make an Impact: Provide meaningful business and marketing deliverables and financial services to entrepreneurs abroad.

The program also includes fun and engaging cultural and enrichment activities each day. We will meet the students at the airport and organize all food, lodging, transportation, and logistics during their stay.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Open to high school students and faculty (Graduated high school freshmen through seniors)
  • No consulting experience is required as our team will train students in all best practices, but their skills and knowledge will certainly help elevate their impact and make the experience more meaningful.

Start a Business Consulting Chapter!

Global Brigades can organize a business consulting program specifically for you and your classmates to travel abroad for 7-10 days to a country of your choice (Belize, Panama, Ghana, Greece). Each group requires a minimum of 10 students and at least one faculty advisor (faculty travels for free).

If you are a leader in an existing business club on campus, we can also support you to organize a consulting trip and share this trip with your members. This is a great way to bring real hands-on consulting experience to students interested in building their international business consulting skills.
