Dulce joined the team in 2021 as a Program Associate based in San Pedro Sula, Honduras. She is a Psychologist with a passion for sustainable development and holistic well-being. With experience in Learning & Development, social responsibility initiatives, and program management, she has seen the profound influence that volunteering work has in creating positive change. Inspired by Global Brigades’ holistic approach, Dulce is committed to ensuring inclusivity and leveraging the organization’s volunteer programs to empower communities and ensure equitable access for all.
